Some Aathr products may be offered as subscriptions, pre-orders, or trial-based purchases. This policy explains how each option works and how you can manage or cancel your purchase.
When you purchase a subscription, you authorize Aathr to deliver the selected product on a recurring basis according to the frequency and duration chosen at checkout.
Your payment method will be securely stored and automatically charged for each scheduled delivery, unless a prepaid option is selected. Certain subscriptions may renew automatically at the end of the selected term unless canceled in advance.
You may update, pause, or cancel your subscription at any time before your next billing date. Access and instructions for managing your subscription are provided in your order confirmation and subsequent subscription emails.
Refunds and returns related to subscription purchases are governed by our

Pre-orders allow you to purchase products that are not yet available or are scheduled for future release. Depending on the product, we may collect a full payment, partial deposit, or securely store your payment method at checkout. Any remaining balance will be charged once the product is ready to ship.
You may cancel a pre-order at any time before it has been fulfilled. Once the pre-order has shipped, cancellations are no longer possible. Refund eligibility after fulfillment is subject to our
